Sensory notes
Colour: A delicate straw yellow characterised by a particular limpidity.
Nose: On the nose, a pleasant floral of acacia, jasmine, and a more pungent fruitiness of peach, apricot and citrus.
Palate: Intense and pungent on the palate, with an interesting freshness and minerality, balanced by a stimulating warmth and enveloping softness.
Harvest
Born in the renowned Terre di Chieti from an old vine grown in Tendone, in one of the most interesting wine-growing areas, characterised by an invaluable temperature range and a magnificent exposure.
A Pinot Grigio obtained from a strictly manual harvest in the third ten days of August, from a certified organic agriculture, which guarantees the utmost respect for the surrounding environment.
Vinification
A white vinification, carried out exclusively in thermo-conditioned steel vats, and then followed by a 4-month maturation, again in steel vats, and then filling the bag in the total absence of oxygen.
