Sensory notes
Colour: A delicate pale straw yellow, characterized by particular brightness.
Nose: The nose is intense and fragrant, with floral notes, such as Haworth and Acacia and fruity notes of peach, apple, citrus, and tropical fruits.
Taste: Evident freshness and flavour stand out immediately. The heat produced by the alcohol content is then balanced by an enveloping softness. A persistent wine with a good mineral finish.
Harvest
It is one of the most widespread international grape varieties in the world that has always stood out for its prestigious refinement. An extraordinary grape in the production of Champagne which has also emerged with great success in the production of still wines.
Produced with 100% Chardonnay grapes, and is the result of a strict manual harvest during the third and forth week of August. The certified organic farming guarantees the utmost respect for the surrounding environment.
Vinification
The vinification process is carried out in conditioned cement tanks followed by an aging period, again in the cement tanks for no less than 3 months. After refinement the bags are filled in the total absence of oxygen.
