CA’ NATURA – MONTEPULCIANO D’ABRUZZO DOC – 13.5%

Sensory notes

Colour: bright and full ruby red, almost impenetrable with purple hues and good consistency.

Nose: intense and fine with immediate hints of ripe fruit, blackberry, plum, black cherry, dried rose.

Taste: on the palate there is a tenacious spread of red fruit in clear harmony with the aromas and a warmth and softness extraordinarily balanced with a marked freshness and absolutely smooth and pleasant tannins. The finish is pleasantly persistent and savoury.

Harvest

Born in one of the most vocated areas of Abruzzo, from an old vineyard trained to Tendone and Filare, at an ideal altitude to ensure a formidable temperature range and with a magnificent exposure.

A Montepulciano d’Abruzzo DOC obtained from a harvest in the first ten days of October, strictly manual, of a certified organic farming, which ensures maximum respect for the surrounding environment.

Vinification

A vinification in thermo-conditioned steel vats, followed by a malolactic fermentation and subsequent maturation for 6 months in cement tanks, and then bottled in the total absence of oxygen.

How to pair our wine CA’NATURA Montepulciano d’Abruzzo DOC

To be served on 14-16 degrees and possibly with a nice wide goblet, and we recommend to always uncork it a little bit before serving, so that it can open and express itself at its best.

Impeccable on any occasion, it can be enjoyed alone or in company, better if paired with well-structured and tasty dishes: aperitifs, appetizers, vegetarian dishes, red meats and medium and long aged cheeses.

Think of pappardelle with goose ragout, aubergine pie, grilled meats, stuffed turkey, straccetti with gorgonzola.

Für das Geld und dann noch in Bio-Qualität kann man nicht meckern. Schmeckt sehr fruchtig, wenig Säure und ein wenig Holz und Erde im Abgang. Für mich ein leckerer, preiswerter Wein.

Vin assez fruité aux arômes de fruits des bois……. (mûre/framboise) qui s’accorde pratiquement avec tous les mets! Supporte les fromages, les accompagne très bien, ainsi que les pizzas, viandes rosées et rouges. Bref un excellent vin de tous les jours; dont on ne se lasse pas!
