White wine Passerina IGT Terre di Chieti Bag in box Torri Cantine

Sensory notes

Colour: Pale straw yellow with a particular brightness.
Nose: Excellent intensity with floral notes of sage and yellow fruits of peach, apricot and citrus.
Taste: Dry, delicately warm and soft, well balanced with a lasting freshness and a measured sapidity.

Harvest
Born in the renowned Terre di Chieti from a vine that is over thirty years old, grown in Tendone, in one of the most interesting areas in the wine-growing sector, characterised by an invaluable temperature range and a magnificent exposure.

A Passerina, obtained from a strictly manual harvest in the first ten days of September, from a certified organic agriculture, which guarantees the utmost respect for the surrounding environment.

Vinification
A vinification carried out in thermo-conditioned steel vats, followed by a refinement of 2 months, in cement tanks, and then proceeding to the filling of the bag in total absence of oxygen.
