Sensory notes
Colour: A crystalline straw yellow with golden reflections.
Nose: Very fragrant, with notes of white flowers and yellow pulp fruit.
Taste: A persistent taste, appropriately warm, fresh, soft and delicately sapid.
Harvest
Born in one of the most vocated areas of Abruzzo, from an old vineyard trained to Tendone, at an ideal altitude to ensure a formidable temperature range and with a magnificent exposure.
A Trebbiano d’Abruzzo DOC obtained from a strictly manual harvest in the first ten days of September, from a certified organic agriculture, which ensures maximum respect for the surrounding environment.
Vinification
A vinification carried out in conditioned cement tanks, followed by a refinement of 3 months, also in cement tanks, and then filling in total absence of oxygen.
Pair with Torri Cantine’s Trebbiano d’Abruzzo DOC
A wine to be served chilled, on 6-8 degrees maximum, with aperitifs, hors d’oeuvres, seafood, vegetarian dishes, white meats and fresh or medium-aged cheeses.
