Sensory notes

Colour: A pale straw yellow, distinguished by a particular brilliance.
Nose: You are greeted by a stimulating intensity, based on aromas of wild flowers, yellow fruit and a delicate herbaceous note.
Taste: Intense and long-lasting, supported by a good warmth and softness in perfect balance with an energetic freshness and minerality.

Harvest
Born in one of the best areas of Abruzzo, from an old vineyard trained in Tendone, at an ideal altitude to ensure a formidable temperature range and with a magnificent exposure.

A Pecorino obtained from a strictly manual harvest in the first ten days of September, from a certified organic agriculture, which ensures the utmost respect for the surrounding environment.

Vinification
A vinification carried out in thermo-conditioned steel vats, followed by a refinement of 2 months, in cement tanks, and then filling in total absence of oxygen.
