Sensory notes
Colour: a beautiful and bright cherry pink, intense and full, tending to coral, characterized by an intriguing texture.
Nose: fruity and floral scents recall raspberry, ripe cherry, geranium, pomegranate.
Taste: a dry and rounded taste, with a freshness in excellent agreement with warmth and a delicate and involving softness. The olfactory scents are accompanied by a delicate vinosity that anticipates a long and persistent finish with a hint of almonds.
Born in one of the most vocated areas of Abruzzo, from an old vineyard trained in Tendone, at an ideal altitude to ensure a formidable temperature range and with a magnificent exposure.
A cerasuolo from Montepulciano d’Abruzzo DOC grapes, obtained from a harvest in the second ten days of September, strictly manual, from a certified organic agriculture, which ensures maximum respect for the surrounding environment.
A white vinification, carried out exclusively in thermo-conditioned steel vats, and after the necessary rest on the skins, follows a maturation of 3 months, in cement vats, before bottling in total absence of oxygen.

Rosé wine generally has the extraordinary characteristic of being able to be paired with almost any food, and can certainly be sipped under any circumstances. Served chilled, at 8°-10° maximum, with aperitifs, hors d’oeuvres, seafood, vegetarian dishes, white and red meats, fresh or medium-aged cheeses.
Imagine it with roast squid, cannelloni with spinach, maltagliati with sea bass and courgettes, ravioli with monkfish, fillet with pink pepper or fresh ricotta with honey and walnuts.
