Colour: pale straw yellow with beautiful golden reflections and an appropriate consistency.

Nose: a magnificent intensity of white fruits, citrus, grapefruit, apricot.

Taste: an explosive freshness incited by a lively minerality that barely manages to soften and achieve balance, only thanks to the courageous commitment of a perfectly balanced warmth and softness. A very pleasant and persistent wine in perfect coordination with the nose, to which high-level herbaceous and brackish notes are added, concluding with an elegantly almondy finish that fades as the temperature rises.

Born in one of the most vocated areas of Abruzzo, from an old vineyard trained in Tendone, at an ideal altitude to ensure a formidable temperature range and with a magnificent exposure.

A Passerina obtained from a harvest in the first ten days of September, strictly manual, of a certified organic agriculture, which ensures maximum respect for the surrounding environment.

A vinification carried out in thermo-conditioned steel vats followed by a refinement of 3 months also in steel vats, and then bottling in total absence of oxygen.

A wine to be served chilled, on 6-8 degrees maximum with aperitifs, appetizers, seafood, vegetarian dishes, white meats and fresh or medium-aged cheeses. We imagine it with vegetables au gratin, rice salad, paccheri with squid and ruchetta, rolls with Colonnata lard.
