\nVinification in thermo-conditioned stainless steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation and subsequent 6-month aging in concrete tanks and an additional 18 months in large 50 hl barrels before being bottled under complete oxygen exclusion and further aged for 6 months.<\/p>\n
\nIt needs time to unfold, so we recommend opening it shortly before serving, at a temperature between 16 and 18 degrees Celsius, in a generous glass with a wide rim.
