{"id":29620,"date":"2021-05-26T18:32:43","date_gmt":"2021-05-26T16:32:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/shop.torricantine.com\/blog\/brochettes-dagneau-a-la-sauce-a-la-menthe\/"},"modified":"2024-06-18T15:18:53","modified_gmt":"2024-06-18T13:18:53","slug":"lamb-skewers-with-mint-sauce","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/shop.torricantine.com\/en\/blog\/lamb-skewers-with-mint-sauce\/","title":{"rendered":"Lamb skewers with mint sauce"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Recipe by Chef <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/cortomaldestro\/\"><em>Silvia Monopoli<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preparation:&nbsp; Easy<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Time 50 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>500 gr lamb pulp<\/li><li>1 glass of extra virgin olive oil<\/li><li>100 gr fresh mint<\/li><li>1 tablespoon of brown sugar<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Wash and dry the mint, blend it with the extra virgin olive oil and brown sugar and keep the sauce aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Using a very sharp knife, proceed to cut the lamb pulp making small cubes of approximately 1 cm in size.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the pieces of meat on the skewer, taking care to alternate a piece of lean meat with one that has fat on to guarantee softness and flavour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then marinate them in the mint sauce for about 30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once flavoured, arrange the lamb skewers on the barbecue grill and cook until the desired cooking is achieved, taking care to turn them once per side for even cooking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then arrange them on a serving dish and serve very hot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lamb skewers with mint sauce are perfect accompanied by slices of homemade bread sprinkled with extra virgin olive oil and go well with a <a href=\"https:\/\/shop.torricantine.co.uk\/product\/5l-boxed-wine-montepulciano-dabruzzo-doc-organic\/\">Montepulciano d&#8217;Abruzzo<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Recipe by Chef Silvia Monopoli Preparation:&nbsp; Easy Time 50 minutes Ingredients 500 gr lamb pulp 1 glass of extra virgin olive oil 100 gr fresh mint 1 tablespoon of brown sugar Preparation Wash and dry the mint, blend it with the extra virgin olive oil and brown sugar and keep the sauce aside.
