Bakán Trebbiano DOC Torri
Sensory Notes
Color: Bright and intense straw yellow with golden reflections.
Nose: Delicate and persistent floral and fruity notes stand out on the nose, with hints of citrus, acacia, and pear.
Taste: On the palate, a vigorous attack, in perfect harmony with the aromas, characterized by a freshness softened only by a delicate rebalancing sweetness. A prolonged and mineral finish that confirms the prestigious original terroir.
Harvest
It comes from one of the most renowned areas of Abruzzo, from an old vineyard cultivated with the pergola training system, at an ideal altitude ensuring a remarkable temperature range and magnificent exposure.
A Trebbiano d’Abruzzo DOC obtained from a mid-September harvest, rigorously manual, as part of certified organic agriculture, ensuring the utmost respect for the environment.
Winemaking
Winemaking carried out in conditioned cement tanks followed by 4 months of aging, still in cement, before being bottled in complete absence of oxygen.
Food and Wine Pairing with our Trebbiano d’Abruzzo DOC Bakán
A wine to be served chilled, between 6 and 8 degrees maximum, with appetizers, starters, fish dishes, vegetarian dishes, white meats, and fresh or medium-aged cheeses. We imagine it with a tuna tartare, rocket and shrimp paccheri, chicken with peppers, but also with a simple caprese salad.
