Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo DOC Rosarubra
Sensory notes
Colour: a beautiful deep cherry pink, extremely bright and consistent.
Nose: intense and very fragrant, incredibly elegant, with floral and fruity notes, carnation, geranium, vigorous cherry, raspberry, peach.
Taste: dry and very intense, in which a beautiful freshness and delicate tannins stand out, accompanied by a balancing warmth and softness. The olfactory scents are confirmed, with the addition of a delicate vinosity and a long, lingering mineral finish.
Harvest
Born in a beautiful wine-growing area, at an ideal altitude to ensure an extraordinary temperature range and with a magnificent exposure, from a very old vine grown with the Guyot system.
A Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo DOC, obtained from a strictly manual harvest in early October, from a certified biodynamic agriculture, which ensures maximum respect for the surrounding environment.
Vinification
A white vinification, carried out exclusively in thermo-conditioned steel vats and after the necessary rest on the skins, follows a 6-month maturation, still in stainless steel tanks, and then bottling in the total absence of oxygen.

Très belle découverte, très fruité pour un rosé tout en étant rafraichissant! Puissant en bouche.
