Die olfaktorischen Empfindungen werden in den Aromen best\u00e4tigt, die hartn\u00e4ckig und gut miteinander verbunden sind, mit der Zugabe von Humusnoten und zarten Kr\u00e4uternoten.<\/p>\n

Ernte<\/strong>

\nDieser Rotwein wird in vollklimatisierten Edelstahlbeh\u00e4ltern vinifiziert, und sobald die malolaktische G\u00e4rung abgeschlossen ist, reift er weitere 3 Monate in Betontanks. Danach wird er unter Ausschluss von Sauerstoff in die Flasche gef\u00fcllt.<\/p>\n

\nEin Wein, den man bei einer Temperatur zwischen 12\u00b0 und 14\u00b0 in einem sch\u00f6nen gro\u00dfen Wein-Kelch genie\u00dfen sollte und immer einige Minuten vor dem Servieren entkorken m\u00f6chte, damit er sich gut \u00f6ffnen und sich optimal entfalten kann.
