Er entwickelt eine sanfte W\u00e4rme und eine unglaubliche Weichheit erf\u00fcllt den Mund. Ein ausgewogenes Gleichgewicht zwischen Frische und lebhaften Tanninen, kommt samtweich und rund. Ein langanhaltender, zauberhafter Abgang, mit einem Hauch von Mandelaroma.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Weinlese<\/strong><br \/>\nAngebaut in einem der ber\u00fchmtesten Weinbaugebiete in den Abruzzen, aus alteingesessenen Reben, ideale Hochlage mit extremen Temperaturschwankungen, positiv f\u00fcr das Bouquet und mit einer st\u00e4ndigen Meeresbrise, hoher Pergola-Anbau, typisch f\u00fcr die Abruzzen und System Guyot. Dieser Wein entstand dank einer ungew\u00f6hnlichen Intuition, zwei synergistische Rebsorten zu vereinen, den Montepulciano D\u2019Abruzzo und den Merlot, beide Ergebnis einer sorgf\u00e4ltigen Oktober-Weinlese von Hand, aus zertifiziertem, biodynamischem Landbau, um den maximalen Einklang vom Anbau mit der umliegenden Landschaft zu garantieren.<\/p>\n<p>Die Trauben also bekommen eine leichte \u00dcberreifung, d.h. eine leichte Dehydration und es kommt in der Folge zu einer kaum wahrnehmbaren Konzentration von Restzucker, die dem Wein seinen Charakter verleiht, zusammen mit der unglaublichen Harmonie von Duft- und Gaumennote. Darauf basiert der Erfolg dieses Rotweines.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vinifikation<\/strong><br \/>\nEine separate Fermentierung der beiden Rebsorten in Stahlbottichen, jede f\u00fcr sich, Montepulciano e Merlot. Dann folgt f\u00fcr einige Monate eine erste Reifung in Betonwannen, anschlie\u00dfend findet eine zweite Reifung im Eichenholz-Barrique f\u00fcr circa ein Jahr.
