Ein Schmorbraten, der zu den gro\u00dfen Klassikern der italienischen K\u00fcche geh\u00f6rt, perfekt f\u00fcr das sonnt\u00e4gliche Mittagessen mit der Familie oder ein besonderes Abendessen mit Freunden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Seine Zubereitung ist nicht komplex, jedoch erfordert es ein langes Marinieren mit einem hochwertigen Wein und den richtigen Gew\u00fcrzen und schlie\u00dflich mit einem langen und langsamen Kochen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zutaten f\u00fcr 4 Personen<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>800 g Rinderschnitzel<\/li><li>400 g Rotwein<\/li><li>1 gro\u00dfe wei\u00dfe Zwiebel<\/li><li>2 mittelgro\u00dfe Karotten<\/li><li>1 gro\u00dfe Stange Sellerie<\/li><li>4 Essl\u00f6ffel Oliven\u00f6l<\/li><li>2 Essl\u00f6ffel konzentrierte Tomaten<\/li><li>3 Nelken<\/li><li>3 Lorbeerbl\u00e4tter<\/li><li>1 Essl\u00f6ffel Mehl<\/li><li>Pfeffer in K\u00f6rnern<\/li><li>Salz nach Geschmack<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zubereitung<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">In eine gr\u00f6\u00dfere Sch\u00fcssel werden wir das Fleisch anrichten, mit dem in St\u00fccke geschnittenen Sellerie, einer Karotte, einer gesch\u00e4lten und geteilten Zwiebel und mit Nelken. Rotwein und Lorbeerbl\u00e4tter dazugeben und \u00fcber Nacht ruhen lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Am n\u00e4chsten Tag das Fleisch abtropfen lassen, trocknen, mit Mehl panieren und in einem Topf mit 4 Essl\u00f6ffeln \u00d6l anbraten. Nach und nach k\u00f6nnen wir 2 Essl\u00f6ffel Tomatenmark, das Gem\u00fcse und den abgetropften Wein hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Bei sehr schwacher Hitze kochen, salzen und zugedeckt etwa 3,5 Stunden auf dem Feuer lassen, bis das Fleisch weich ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dann k\u00f6nnen wir das Fleisch herausnehmen und warmhalten, w\u00e4hrend die Kochs\u00e4fte gemischt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Servieren Sie den aufgeschnittenen Schmorbraten in Rotwein mit dazugeh\u00f6riger Sauce, mit Ofenkartoffeln und einem Glas Cerasuolo d&#8217;Abruzzo aus der Bio-Linie 4 Venti Torri Cantine.
